Taco Bell

It was one of the worst experiences from this location! Because this location has a tendency to mess up the orders and 9/10 time i get food from here, something is wrong. I ordered food from drive thru at 10:30pm and wanted 7 layer nacho fries with chicken instead of beef. But however, they gave me beef which I found out after I got home. So I went back to get a replacement and waited another 30 mins only to find out at home again that they made this one with beef too. I went back the third time and I didn’t wait in line instead went up to drive thru window, and they gave me a replacement with less than half the quantity without chicken which is what i asked. The picture is provided below. Horrible service. I know they don’t do refunds and it was already 1:30 am, so I didn’t bother going back for 4th time.

This Taco bell is better than the other ones. I ordered Nacho cheese fries ???? and they were not empty like the other taco bell gives you. Vegetarian options: Veggie wrap ???? and cheese quesadilla.

Update: this restaurant has completely turned around. They are still a bit slow during busy time but the staff is much more attentive and organized to fill orders. Never had an issue with the quality of food. I'm glad they have improved! Original review: The customer service here is the worst. The employees don't acknowledge you, even when standing right next to their pickup window or counter and they are frequently more concerned with talking to each other than the customers. I needed my drink filled for my mobile pickup order and the employee fills it with an attitude and slams it on the counter without saying anything! COVID must have removed common courtesy and common sense. You all need to do better...
