Taco Bell

This Taco Bell location is very understaffed. Normally a long wait for food. On Saturday, one employee worked the whole store himself. The computers were having trouble so he had to turn people away. I was able to place my order through the Taco Bell app and he was able to help me. He did a fantastic job making my order and he was so apologetic and friendly. This franchise owner needs to pay their staff more. $12-$14 an hour doesn’t cut it anymore.

The food was good but when I came into the store I had no choice but to order from their kiosk instead of a real person, I could have done that from the drive-thru.

I’ll start by saying that the employees at this store are generally good. Unfortunately, it seems like this Taco Bell is actively trying to avoid my business. I come here very frequently, and every time I come it’s a different issue; they only take exact change or card, they only take card, they can only take orders from their kiosk in the lobby, they can’t take any orders for the next 15 minutes, they are out of Baja Blast, it’s always something different. The most frustrating thing however is that this is one of the only locations close to me that serves breakfast, but of the 4 times I’ve come here for breakfast well within the advertised time slot, only once have I actually been able to order breakfast. The other times they either said they were only taking DoorDash orders or they just flat out said they weren’t gonna take my order. This is all over the span of months, you can only try so many times before you give up.
