Taco Bell

Had the new Double Beef Burrito. Lot's of beef, great flavor. I wanted the Nacho Fries but was told they were discontinued. They should be an everyday staple on their menu. Waiting for the Mexican Pizza to come back. Restaurant was clean and employees friendly.

Customer service is not their expertise. I went through the drive through today. Got to the window and they gave me my meal. I asked if the sauce was in the bag and the lady said yes and looked at me as if I shouldn’t be asking that question. As I checked my bag, the same lady continued to stare at me.

Horrible service the guy that was in the drive through was making fun of tge people he was talking to plus he was just plain nasty to tge customers. They need to do something. I told him something and all hi did was make a nasty face and handed us the bag with an attitude. I understand it's Taco bell but treating people nasty and making fun of the people that are ordering infront of another customer is just plain nasty. I hope they do something about this. I won't be going back that is a fact.
