I guess it is the new thing. All most ever fast food restaurants want the customer to use the kiosk. I had a senior couple behind me, and they couldn't use the kiosk machine. Even they said, They will mot return to that restaurant.
I ordered through the app and apparently they made my food extremely quickly, which is great, but they gave it away to somebody else before I got there. They said that they called out my name when they finished preparing the order, and they gave it to someone who just happened to be nearby who said "yeah that's me." And I don't know if they are not supposed to ask for an order number, or if any verification is done, or they just give food away to whoever is willing to lie and accept free food. Either way, they remade my order, but didn't bother to even look in their computer; I had to basically re-order all over again. And my quesadilla was kind of burnt. Not the best experience but it was ok.
I Would like to let the company know we receive outstanding service at this location today twice in one day we went early in today around 11ish am and and then at 3:55pm we saw Sahily had very grate customer service at the drive-thru and multitasking the front count customers with helping a customer to place their orders on the Keyios station, We saw Sahily so thankful to another customer for the business who was waiting for his order patiently and she gave him a small cup for free for his wait. I also want to recognize Yanara as well for her wonderful customer to us in making sure to help us right away when they did not see the cash order pending to ask us if we needed help. Want to recognize ALL team members that worked this day for their outstanding work in making sure our order was 100% on point and I'm truly grateful for the service today a this location 004258 Thank You!
