Horrible!! I ordered 3 different grilled burritos and all 3 had hot pepper flakes loaded into them as if it was a dirty prank! I also ordered 3 soft shell tacos and I only received 2. This was through UberEATS. I had taken a bite out of the 3 burritos and tossed them. Also, they were all burnt on the bottom. I have gerd and it was the worst experience. A mouthful of pepper flakes
The staff was sooo rude! Older gentleman ordered number 4 just before us, he got no meat on his meal and got harassed on top of it. Lady after him came for her order and her food did not made right. I left my phone in the car, next time I’m recording whole thing We never eat there again!
I ordered a quesadilla and 2 5 layers. I asked for the 5 layers to have the sour cream spread out instead of one spot (like you’re supposed to) and when I get it there’s an excess amount of sour cream literally gooing out, and barely any beef it’s completely not edible. I didn’t ask for extra at all I just asked for it to be rolled properly or put on properly where the sour cream is throughout the burrito not all at the beginning or end. I was a shift leader at a different location and this is honestly very annoying to see that someone simply can’t do their job and think it’s a joke. What an absolute waste of money The quesadilla also had no sauce on it and wasn’t even cut. I think this location really needs to retrain their employees The lady who took my order was very nice and had nothing to do with this
