Taco Bell

Usually I would give taco bell 5 stars. But not today. When I have to take apart my crunchwrap and spread out the ingredients that just pisses me off to no end. Taco bell at 5855 Mayfield Rd Ohio do better or you're going to loose many customers.

This taco bell stole 20 dollars from me, they made me order at the kiosk, it took my payment then the system supposedly "went" down according to them. I waited for 10 minutes till it timed out and hit the cancel order button. My bank informed me that they charged me the 20 dollars. The manager was extremely uncooperative and would do nothing to help me. She wouldn't even let me repeat what the order was. She then slammed the phone on me. Avoid this place.

Giving 3 stars because my entire order was wrong. The food we did get though was fresh and good so it overall worked out and the staff was really nice. I did put in complaint through the taco bell app and so far with no response for 4 days. My experience wouldn't keep me from going back but it would be nice to get the order correct and not have to stop in parking lot and rummage inside tacos to see if they are right like I wil have to do next time. Vegetarian options: You can get beans instead of meat on almost anything and also options of potatoes and beans with rice and vegetables on many items.
