Taco Bell

We come to this Taco Bell often and usually have to clean a table before we eat. Today we were greeted by a young man (thin with long hair in a pony tail) who was very pleasant to deal with. He greeted us, took our order and thanked us when we paid. I noticed that rather than stand idly by when there weren't any customers, he kept busy cleaning and restocking the lobby. ALL of the tables were clean and the lobby floor was spotless. GREAT WORK ETHIC!

(1) wait was unbelievably long (2) was suppose to get sauce, got non (3) quesadilla was floppy, not like a regular quesadilla (4) they cheap out on ingredients, just like previous reviewers said…(very little meat in taco) - the only thing they did right was leave off sauce I didn’t want

Everytime we visit this Taco Bell in Maize they seem to get our order wrong, unfortunately living in Maize they're the closest option for us. We have a family of 6 and they seem to hate large orders and will go out of their way to make our orders messy. Our oldest child worked for them for a few months and said they would even leave their lights off at night on purpose so they would get less people coming in so they wouldn't have to work as hard. Bottom line, take the extra few miles to 21st & Ridge where they seem to value their customers more.
