Taco Bell

They always forget something in our order. Keep hoping it gets better so far, not! Food is so sloppy with no meat in tacos, bean burrito mass onion, and no sauce! It's just terrible. If you call to complain, no help, just slop!

Hi I am writing this review mainly for the customer service department, but also for the overall management. I went to taco bell today around 7:45 PM to buy some food. I ordered two cravings boxes but wanted to ensure the beef was supplemented for beans, because I can't eat non kosher meat, instead of confirming the change, the order taker continued saying "anything else". I just wanted to make sure there were beans in my tacos and no meat, because this location had previously messed up my order and put beef in my tacos, I had to make another trip to go back and get the order right. when i said no beef and add beans. I repeated myself and that seemed to have angered the man taking my order. I rolled up to the window and he told me to "open my eyes next time and look at the screen", as he took his hands and mimicked forcing his eyes open. I told him this isn't okay and he told me he would cancel my order which I had already paid for. I asked if there was anyone else willing to assist me

Somehow, the tacos were double-shelled, which was weird. Further, the beans were a bit thick and almost paste-like. The crew was nice enough though. Mostly, just keep your order basic and it's less likely that anyone will get it wrong.
