I would have given 0 stars for this place if there was an option We order several things and they messed up everything. All they did was wrapped some cheese and sour cream without any other noticeable content in every item Taco bell should take some serious actions
This location is consistent. Consistently messing up my order. Every time I order a crunch wrap with no sour cream, it has sour cream on it. I get home and can’t eat my food as I’m allergic. This location needs to get it together.
Every time I try to give them a chance they fail miserably. The quesadilla that had no cheese or chicken in it. The soggy crunchless Crunchwrap, the stale cinnamon twists. The water down drinks, the soggy stale nacho supreme. The crunchless Gordita crunch. I haven’t gotten to the soft tacos so I’m not sure how those will be. I don’t know who’s running this place but they need new management and new employees. How can you constantly make this garbage ?! What’s sad is we’re stuck with this Taco Bell in Land O Lakes. Please shut them down ! Spent $40 on stale food ! Never again !
