This Taco Bell is terrible, I would highly recommend the one on Shelbyville instead. If you order from here and want any customization, good luck partner, it ain’t happening. I went back to correct an order and they made the exact same mistake; just don’t waste your time here like I did.
They don’t clean up the night before kinda nasty in the am.
I’ve always had good things to say about this one. Until tonight. When I had called to talk to someone about a mess up with a order. Which has only happened once and they were beyond sweet to me then. The guy argued with me saying I was wrong and he had personally made the food. Had said he didn’t add sour cream. Which he did because both items had it. Told me to talk to the people in charge of the app because he had no solution. Had even admitted to messing up one of my items.
