My Husband and I went the other night to grab something to eat on our way home that was quick and easy… well we should’ve just kept driving… we went through the drive-thru and order a taco 12 pack 1/2 hard and 1/2 soft no lettuce just meat cheese and sour cream. The lady taking the order kept asking us to repeat it and seemed like she may have been new or training. My husband also order some grilled chicken burrito and she had no idea what he was talking about and he had to tell her where is was on the menu. We got to the window and two girls were at the register talking and she just gave us the total and took our card then closed the window and went back to talking. When she handed us our food my husband asked her for sauce and they both acted like we were inconveniencing them. (Literally every time we go to any Taco Bell they always conveniently forget to put sour cream even though they charge you extra so I double checked while we were pulling out) The tacos all had lettuce and no s
As most people know, the prices at taco bell have gone up a crazy amount. Combine this with removing lots of popular, tasty items from the menu and you get upset people. I'm not sure why taco bell has made the decisions they have, but they're losing lots of loyal customers. I still stop by this location every now and then, but not nearly as much as I used to. Every time I come through the drive through the staff is very friendly and my food comes out fast.
It is a nice taco bell. The staff is always friendly. That said it seems terribly understaffed, as it takes forever to get through the line. The location is right on the corner and it makes it very hard to get in and out of the parking lot. It is worth it for your fourth meal, or a Mexican pizza, but do not plan on it being a quick stop. Vegetarian options: One of the few fast food places with actual vegetarian options. Almost anything can be made vegetarian. Parking: The parking and parking lot is a major struggle for this taco bell. They do the best they can with the land they have but it is difficult to get in and out.
