Today I sent my son to use the restroom while I was in the drive thru line and he was told that the restroom was for paying customers that's funny because I visit this store once a week and I see people use the restroom and leave without buying any food so today I left and I didn't buy any food and will be spending my $32 elsewhere and I will be telling my friends and family to do the same .
This place is a piece of S***. I wish i could give -stars. My family came here around 9:30pm. No customers in the restaurant.,only 3 male employees standing and talking. We ordered by machine and wanted to pay cash. So we walked back to counter to pay cash, but there was no cashier presented, only 4-5 employees in kitchen. They were talking and talking. We had been waiting for 20 minutes, but nobody cared about us, until i had to asked a a lady working at drive through cashier. She said sorry to us and helped us to pay for our order (it's not her position) while other employees working at front counter seems like don't care. To the owner, please fire these junks or you will loose your business. You are hiring a whole bunch of lazy employees. I will never come back to this location.
I have gone to this locations several times for breakfast and they were not opened. I see people inside but no one answer at the drive through. I will definitely be calling corporate regarding this issue.
