Taco Bell

Rude staff, ordered items on the app, upon arrival at the location, was informed that the items weren't available. When I inquired about what to do to get my money back, the "manager" stated to call the 800 number, when I inquired what that number was, she stated she didn't know. I inquired to what her name (she was not wearing a name tag) was so I could inform corporate to whom I spoke with at the location, she refused to give it. Manager stated to come back tomorrow and get the items, yet when I explained that wasn't an option (this location is out of the way, I only ordered from there as I was in the area today), she said too bad.

Whomever manages these east Las Vegas Taco Bell’s needs to be fired. All of them have lazy employees who refuse to work. Never have product and screw up orders constantly. All east vegas locations suck!!! Fire them all!!

This was the only restaurant in that area that didnt have their dining room closed. It was only 830pm on a Friday night and every restaurant near this one had their doors locked and refused to acknowledge that there were customers waiting outside. This place was open and ready to serve!
