Just dealt with the rudest employee taking my order. Charged me 12.80 for rhe chalupa combo which is listed at 7.49 when I asked why I'm being charged 5 extra dollars he replied I don't know it's just 12.80 I'm not going to check. Extremely rude and un professional. Unacceptable behavior. Will be reporting to corporate.
They must have new management because the service is much faster and the customer service is top notch. All of the fast food restaurants along 117th need to take notes.
Having repeatedly received wrong or incomplete orders, I decided to call the store and make sure we got everything this time. I don’t love ordering delivery, but my time is limited. The unbelievably rude staff repeatedly insisted I’d called a Domino’s (I hadn’t, the phone number came from Taco Bell’s website). Like, I get it. Working at Taco Bell isn’t the best. But treat people with respect, man. We’re just out here trying to eat dinner.
