The staff was kind, courteous and helpful. I placed a very large order first thing in the morning and the team members had the best attitudes about it. I was blown away by the amazing level of customer service. I never go to this taco bell because of all the terrible reviews but maybe it's just grumpy boomers n johns island trying to set this place up to fail. Thank you for starting off my morning with tacos!!!!

This Taco Bell and its management are a joke! We honestly feel bad for the employees at this point. We have tried to go there many times and they are always out of almost everything. Tonight all they were serving was gorditas and crunchy tacos. I'm not even exaggerating. It's to a point where we try to call before we go to see what they're out of but of course no one answers the phone and now they don't even have a working number. Ordering online is pointless because what they are out of is not updated so you get a surprise when you go to pick up your food. To When you arrive they just tell you they are out of basically everything or they just throw in some random stuff to try to even out the cost to make it equal to what your online order was. Disaster!
