What's going on with this location! Rude, rude, rude! I asked for a receipt after my drive thru purchase. The young man working the window acted as if I wasn't speaking English and walked away. Finally he returned, looking as if he was he was sleep walking. He looked at me, handed me a crumbled receipt he obviously took from the trash. When I looked at the receipt before driving off, it was not the receipt for my order. Had I not been in a rush, I would have gone in to resolve this. IT'S THE PRINCIPLE!!! This is my 3rd bad experience. Will not return.

I am vegetarian. I ordered from Taco Bell yesterday. I’ll post a picture of my order. Everything was correct except I was given a burrito with MEAT in it. Not black beans like I had ordered. I didn’t find out about this until after I bit down, ingested, and noticed something was off. I looked at the burrito which was filled with meat. Totally unacceptable. Disgusting. I haven’t eaten meat for 2 years. Included picture of meat burrito. The 26 items were the sauce packets that are not included in the screenshot because they didn’t fit on my screen.

Bad bad bad service. My fiancé ordered for himself (in a kiosk so you’d figure it would be faster since we’re doing the ordering ourselves) and it took 30 minutes for one combo. Never coming back!
