I HIGHLY DO NOT RECCOMEND THIS LOCATIONS SERVICE! I Came Through The Drive Thru And This is Honestly My Last Time Trying Its Really Bad When You Cant Even Get A Meal From Your Local Taco Bell! The Team Members Constantly Rushes Me To Order About 5 Times When I Ask For A Minute. But When I Get To The Window I Speak To The Manager Who Has A Headset On And I Asked Her Why Did She Think It Was Ok For Them To Not Let Me Order And Constantly Ask Me Is That All. THE MANAGER Tells Me " Maam You Were At The Speaker For 3 Minutes And When THEY Asked You Is That All You Told Them Give You A Minute... ." This Is 100% Bad Customer Service, I Wouldnt Reccomend Anyone To Spend Their Time And Money Here.
I ordered an iced coffee and I got lukewarm coffee with no ice in a soda cup. Like, I get that it’s Taco Bell breakfast, but at least try When I went back to *nicely* fix it they got an attitude and said it’s because I ordered light ice. I didn’t.
