Waiting 15 mins in the drive through just for the lady to tell me they're only taking online orders. What? Ridiculous... I honestly wouldn't mind if she was decent about telling me, instead she was abrupt and rude about it. There are plenty of other Taco Bells around here with better service than this.
I wanted to use my Taco Bell taco pass and I’m about 6 hours from home. For some reason even though I chose this location while I was passing through, it defaulted to my home location. I pulled up to pick-up and for some reason the microphone messed up. I got to the window (after waiting in a long line) and was told they didn’t have my order (obviously because the app effed up). I asked to order one soft taco (taco lovers pass initially). They obliged, took my payment, and the person at the window gave me a little something extra. Little did that person know I was having a HORRIFIC day. This one tiny act of kindness meant more to me that day (and I wish I would have made a bigger deal out of it) than they’d ever know. It turned my day around. I really truly appreciated it in more than 1 way. Gave me a bit of “something” in humans that day.
This location is an absolute disaster. I placed an order well in advance, and when I got to the drive-through there were like 3 cars ahead of me. That is where I chose to pick it up. A ridiculous amount of time was wasted in the drive-through over a 1/2 hour. There were cars piling up behind me because there was no sense of urgency in getting orders completed here. The woman running the drive-through, didn't even offer me an apology for the delay, or a time when my order would be ready. Last year, I left a very favorable review on this location. It seemed as though they were really getting their act together and starting to do things right. Looks like they've fallen right back into their old ways.
