Taco Bell

These are the friendliest workers of and fast food restaurant I have ever been to. I always have to customize my order due to food allergies to dairy and they are so good at accommodating me. I appreciate thier attention to that detail. Also, please bring back Cantina Tacos!! They are amazing and I could eat them everyday.

Never had a bad experience here until today. I know it’s fast food so I never expect much but this was just straight up disrespect. I placed an online order and had my aunt pick it up. The girl at the front proceeds to say “we don’t have the order, bye” my aunt tries telling her she has the confirmation and the girl just kept ignoring her. She started yelling and didn’t want to deal with it. Finally a manager came out and said “yes it’s in our system” and kept apologizing to my aunt. Manager was very nice but that other girl not so much.

I don’t normally write reviews, but this Taco Bell has a “I don’t care, get out” service. Okay, so I understand that in the night shift you want to get out quick, but the absolute rush and anger in this guys voice to get to the end of my order. Please, have patience man. Then we get to the window gave me my food, but didn’t give me receipt and ran away before I can say “Could I please have a receipt.” Okay, it’s fine… But to top it all off, I’m missing three of my items. THREE, and guess what… I PAID FOR THEM. I paid for items I didn’t even get. Sigh, thanks Taco Bell…
