Meh, The lunch crew is much better than the third shift. The lobby is often closed early so the workers can sit and eat without interruptions from paying customers and the lingering homeless population. Its a couple of blocks from the jail so often there will be people who are just released looking for food. Needless to say, Its in a bad area. This location has unreliable staff creating a loss in the experience due to a closed lobby in the middle of the day often because of No show staff as well as early evenings. Reguardless, Everytime I go in there day or night someone who works there is eating in the lobby, even when the lobby is closed even when it is supposed to be open. One star comparably speaking to the other taco bell locations. I know it must be difficult to find good help. Food is ok. Thats why I give at least one star.
Usually this location has great Chalupa Supremes with fresh ingredients. I may have written a review previously about that. Today I was disappointed. I got an online special through the app for my daughter and I to have lunch. Two each of a crunchwrap, bean burrito, soft taco and nachos w/ cheese. I added meat to the burritos for a reasonable upcharge. The crunchwraps didn't have much crunch. I opened mine to find the ingredients unevenly spread on the tostada. The tostada was soft, which makes sense considering the cheese sauce was underneath it. Not sure whose idea that was. My daughter's crunch wrap and taco were actually soggy from the grease. Her burrito had meat in only half of it instead of along the entire burrito. (I haven't eaten or checked mine yet.) My soft taco was oily and messy also. Looks like it was kind of thrown together. Maybe this Sunday crew isn't as careful or experienced as the weekday crew. The other times I've gone were usually weekdays, but then again I've g
Stopped in at this Taco Bell twice on back to back days for quick grab and go meal while in downtown Ft Worh. First order was drive thru around 9pm…got one of the chicken burrito cantina boxes, drive thru device was quick but seemed like they missed my chips for the nachos. Not a huge fan of the seasoning on the cantina chicken burrito but ok. Second order, dined in…restaurant was clean, service and food was quick. Ordered their chicken power bowl (replaces their tostada salad bowls they used to offer). $6.99 good option with Chicken, Spanish rice (forgot they had a rice option), black beans, lettuce, guacamole. Added some mild sauce for a little added flavor. Overall good flavor mix. Good sized portion, would order that option again. Only negative was two of their fountain drink options were not available. Would go back, food prep very quick. Restaraunt and restroom very clean????
