Went through the drive through after work. Workers there are always polite and I enjoy visiting this location. When i got home my order was missing 2 items. Normally, I’d just let it go but it wasn’t my part of the order, so I called. Kyle told me no issue come on back and say I spoke to him and they’d take care of it. We drove back and without issue got the items. Thank you!!!
Almost every time you get tacos, they are advertised as crunchy tacos but they are not, they lie, because the bottom Half, where the meat is, is soggy. Soggy bottom tacos, nobody cares for. That's why I don't hardly order them much. They might as well call them soggy bottom tacos, because that's how they come most of the time. What's up with that taco bell. I think the general manager needs to know this, I hope they see this, because it is true.
