Taco Bell

This is a newer store. They've had a few bumps with their training and service, I think, since twice I've been there and they forgotten a couple of items I've ordered. I'm sure they'll get it together. It's nice to have a shiny and new Taco Bell in the area. Parking: Easy to drive up and plenty of parking.

Ordered the new dipping taco (which I’ve had from this location before and it was great) and got this. I took it to the counter and they were like yeah that’s what it is. I was like it’s not a hard shell with melted cheese. They offered to remake them…they were the same. Just say you’re out of the right tortillas and I’ll order something else.

I had the weirdest experience today (10/26 5:25 PM). Please fire this lady!!!! No one deserves to be treated by a worker the way I was. I know what you’re thinking— “oh she’s probably some Karen who was rude to the workers and is now complaining” no I never write reviews like this online ever but I couldn’t not do it this time. I was at the drive through and I asked for the deluxe cravings box. The lady was a little snippy while informing me that there were two different ones and was talking a little fast so I didn’t catch what the options were. (The menu didn’t seem to say what the two options were, it only said ‘deluxe cravings box’ so I assumed there was only one I could choose from). Then nicely I said “oh sorry, I didn’t realize there were two options.” I then paused to read the menu closer to see what my options were since she was talking fast when she told me what the cravings box options were. But then I just re-asked “sorry what were my options again” and she goes “I JUST TOLD
