It took the employees at least 4 minutes to greet me in the drive thru (I was wondering if they had closed early). There was no meat in my tacos, but there was a hair on my crunch wrap.
I ordered a hard taco and it looked like this.. couldn't even pick it up to eat it. Terrible experience. FIRED!! I'm mad because I'm a night manager at a taco bell and that's not right. Get people that know what they are doing while working. Please get it together.
Went throught the drivethru. Paid for the order and waited. After a few minutes, someone came to the window and told us a new total, presumably for the car behind us. They had forgotten to give us our food. Then we waited for anothern4 to 5 minutes to get our food. The tacos were supreme, which they wer not supposed to be so my youngest wont eat it. We stopped for a quick bite while out to settle the little guys growling tummy. That was a mistake.
