Closed dining area, drive through only. Stood at door for a moment to pick up mobile order and they all (5 employees) just glanced at me. Weird. Went to drive through and picked up order.

Had the grilled steak cheese burrito double added double steak and got one regular double and they both were the same size so apparently I paid for steak that I didn't get. Should have took a pic but neglected the opportunity
