Taco Bell

Went in to the location to place a to go order. I was greeted by rap music loud enough for me to want it turned down. After standing at the counter for several minutes listing to the workers tossing expletives back and forth a voice from somewhere behind the counter informed me ot would be faster to you the self serve kiosk. Ok I thought. I wanted to try a new menu item. After looking unsuccessfully for several more minutes I decided to get something else. After looking for that item and having no luck I returned to the counter to ask for some help. Again a voice from behind the counter said it would take awhile and that I should use the kiosk. I said I had a question and got no reply. Then a second voice said “what’s going on” to the first person. I proceeded to wait for several more minutes when I decided that clearly this Taco Bell doesn’t want my business.

I use to work here as well as other fast food places, so I understand it can be tough sometimes, but atleast make sure all the items are in the bag, I don't mind waiting an extra 20 seconds for them to check and place any missing items in the bag. Last night I got off work and it was around midnight or so and I got most of my order, but I asked for extra mild sauce and I didn't get any, then I came back around and got the mild sauce so I was content, but after I got home I later realized I never got my cinnamon twists either! Every fastfood place I go to always be forgetting items in the bag, almost notoriously known for that, but seriously I know they're trying to be fast, but I believe in quality over quantity, if you need to take an extra 30 seconds to a min. to check the food I don't mind waiting, especially if there are times when you have to wait like 30 min. in line to get your food ????

Got breakfast yesterday (Tuesday) at 8:45 am. It was fast and priced right. Today, I come by at 8:10 am, and it is completely empty inside. Google says they open at 8, the door says 10. How could they not be open on a weekday at 8 for people going to work? Especially when yesterday I had no issue. Very disappointed, I don't have a lot of extra time to go elsewhere
