Taco Bell

Terrible service. When a company advertises hours they need to stick to them. No where does it say on Taco Bell’s website that they stop serving at a specific time. No it says they are open until 1. Well this manager closed down the drive through 10 min before close. Extremely rude to top it off . I have him on video . The service here has always been bad, clearly the owners don’t care.

This place has NO AC.Or the AC is set to a very high temperature.It has been like that for months.The main enterance door is broken.Only the side door is operable.The bathrooms are extremely filthy.The floors are sooo dirty, they are practically black.The counter where the napkins and sauces and forks and straws are is beyond filthy and slimy.The Soda machines look so disgustly filthy from the outside,I can only imagine how they are on the inside.The Cinanawon twists that I bought were very stale.The cheesy fiesta potatoes were so hard to chew, as if they were old then they were over heated in the microwave before being served.The chicken chipotle melt's tortilla was stuck to the packaging, I couldn't seperate it.I had to throw them away.The rest of the food was less than mediocre.Also there were no trays to eat on.You have to sit down and eat on the papers of the packaging and sometime place the food on the filthy tables.This is by far the worst fast food restaurant I have ever been i

Made me wait 10+ mins at 1st window to save drive thru time, nobody else in line. Got home and supreme items weren't made supreme, nacho fries had no nacho cheese. Went back and employee was going to redo it until ROB said no. Then was having an attitude with me. Said I was lying lol why would I drive back and have my dinner get cold. He refused to remake the order. I said I'll dispute the charge. He said, with a MAJOR ATTITUDE, go ahead dispute it and call corporate! Wow, he really lacks cs. He said you and everyone else swears there order is wrong wanting free food. How dare he insult me and question my integrity. He finally remade it. He also said he made my 1st order, well he screwed it up and won't take ownership. I also said I waited 10 minutes before they told me to go to the pick up window. He said I had a large order. What a joke. 1 box, 2 fries 3 burritos and a taco. That is far from a large order. I most certainly will call corporate because he should never talk to any
