Drive-thru is always a mess, if this location decides it's serving anyone. Expect at least a half hour wait if you go through drive-thru. If you decide to dine in, there's a 50% chance you'll be told the dining area is closed after waiting a bit to order. This can occur any time this location is allegedly "open". This has been a pattern of behavior that has gotten worse over the past few years. At this point, it appears this location has given up on being a functional store. They should make it official and just close all ready. In either event, I'm done giving this location chances. There's another Taco Bell on Hilliard Rome Rd that acts like it wants customers, I would recommend going there instead.

This is mainly the 3rd shift crew. They keep messing up orders. They forget items and "most"of the time they don't even work and make excuses like they can only use card or not taking orders at a random car and make everyone leave. Sometimes they also say they are only taking grub hub orders. It's very aggiting when it's one of the few food places still open late. We also have to wait up to 5 minutes if not more to even take our order when there's only one car waiting in front of us only for us to be missing items and having to wait more time to get our missing items that shouldn't have been missing in the first place. This place sucks. 10/10 don't reccomend coming here if you want "fast" food. Or any food. They also added chicken and lettuce to my cheese only quesadilla
