We used to like Taco Bell but the food here is not good the last few visits spanning nearly one year ago. Order was incorrect and doesn't resemble anything close to the pictures, especially after the price increases. My family will not eat here again.
Twice I’ve doordashed cheesy roll ups from this group and twice they’ve screwed them up. I think a group of three 2nd graders could put cheese in a tortilla and send it out to the customer, but not this group. Good luck getting your order straight, maybe the dumbest collection of fast food employees in central Ohio. I don’t want beans or sauce in my $1 cheesy roll up, I actually just want the cheese and the tortilla, rolled up. Morons working here. If they can’t ace the literal $1 menu items, imagine what they’ll do to your legitimate order.
The food and service is generally good and dependably so. But the overly salty steak items really need some attention. Too much salt really ruins what otherwise would be some very tasty items. It’s been only on the steak items where I’ve noticed this.
