Taco Bell

This Taco Bell is absolutely disgusting. The bathroom had urine all over the floor and the toilet was in dire need of cleaning. Even if you could use the toilet the bathroom has no lock on the door so anyone can walk in while you’re using it. The service is abysmally slow, and the restaurant wasn’t even very busy at all. There was a few cars at the drive thru and in the dining room there was only 1 door dash driver who had been there waiting for quite a while. The staff ignored me while I waited for service and eventually left because no one was willing to take an order from the only guest in the dining room. It’s sad that this Taco Bell is managed so poorly because it is in a prime location.

After the kitchen crew called us a mother f-er for having a large order for our family of six, I would never go back. My children were in the car and he didn’t realize the speaker was on. Besides the fact they had no sauces or sodas the service was terrible, no apology was given either.

Ordered my food through the app. When I got there, I was told soda machine was down. I told them I had an app order and they told me to pull forward. When they handed me my food, I asked how they would refund my drink. Guy at drive thru got an attitude and said I should have canceled my order when I was told their machine was down and that there was nothing he was going to do. Very unprofessional. The app also doesn't do refunds. I come here regularly, but now I'll go elsewhere
