The manager there that wear his glasses and is balding, is extremely disrespectful. I show up there waiting for my pick up because the app told me that it was ready, and I wait for 10 minutes with no response. When I tell him I have a pick up order, he then tells me he doesn’t have my order, and then walks away for me. I explain to him that I am on my break and I really can’t wait, and his response back was “ we don’t even get brakes so?”. Why would you ever say that to a customer? And you’re supposed to be the manager. Extremely unprofessional.

Anytime I go to this Taco Bell. There is always an issue. No meat for the tacos, you can only order 5 items or less, their not taking cash, or they not taking orders. We only have one person in the building. I’m so over all the excuses. This Taco Bell has lost out on a lot of money because of all the cars that leave out the line. Because of all these different stipulations and rules.
