Staff was rude and basically had the attitude, what are you going to do about it. I asked to speak with the manager and the ladies response was all 4 of us are managers. I asked to speakto thee highest ranking manage, and she said we're all high ranking manager. As a small business franchise owner myself I called the customer satisfaction line and explained by issue and they said they would pass onto the district manager. I asked if they wanted my number to have the DM call me and they had no interest in taking it.
Terrible. The drive thru lady is so rude it’s unbelievable. And they mess up almost every door dash and tell us we have to tell the customers they are out of half of their product. This happens literally every day. Absolute nightmare of a restaurant
If you are going to lock the doors to the dining room, PLEASE put a sign on the DOOR and put it on the sign at the street that Drive Thru Only!!!! Usually, I go elsewhere when I am locked out with no signage, this time I did the drive through, it was OK, food was the usual.
