The soft shell of my gordita crunch was very doughy and undercooked. my cheddar chalupa tasted like the aluminum that it was wrapped in. I couldn't finish it. Lastly, my crunch wrap supreme wasn't even folded correctly so I had to eat it upside down to prevent the ingredients from falling out. Terrible experience. I think the employees need better training.
Did an order online. Didn’t get any red sauce or chipotle sauce. food was cold. Just horrible. And ordered a Crunchwrap supreme and it looked like some different kind of meat like steak was on it. I am HIGHLY disappointed. Everyone in there looked like kids. Didn’t see a manager around. Unprofessional.
This location always has a very long wait. They gave me incorrect drink and told me that it was just the color of the diet version, which is not true. Diet Baja blast is not bright yellow. They tried to tell me they wouldn't change my drink because there was a line. Another employee stepped in and gave me the correct drink. Ridiculous. How could you say no to fixing your own error?
