Taco Bell

Ordered online through the Taco Bell website, drove down when I got a notification on my phone. I waited at the register for a good 8 minutes before being asked if I needed anything. I was being patient because I figured there were other orders, if my online pick-up was ready then it would be in the pick-up tray near the register. They don't have my order, check on the monitor, nope. They asked if I did it through doordash, nope, it was through taco bell website because that's how I can customize my box. They asked if I had the right location. Went to double-check my order until someone said they had the order. I waited another 8 minutes before I got my order, went home and majority of the food was cold. I was hoping they had made it fresh but no. Burrito was cold like it was just pulled out of a fridge. Biting into cold refried beans, hot sauce and onions. Cinnamon sticks that had no cinnamon, weird tasting tortillas and meat. I feel sick. Never again Taco Hell.

Currently sitting in the drive-thru for 40+ minutes waiting on a pick up order and still have many cars ahead. There's only one car in the parking lot and the store doors are locked. Absolutely insane how understaffed they must be. PAY ATTENTION TO THIS STORE AND HELP THEM GET STAFF!!! It's not fair for the employees or the customers.

I have no issues in the morning but the evening staff ignores all doordash, uber orders and you end up waiting 30 minutes to pick up the doordash.
