Taco Bell

I received someone else's app order. Mine was a $20! The one I got was a single meal. I submitted a ticket on the app I called customer service when I called I waited on hold for 40 minutes only to be hung up on. This location said that because I didn't call the day that it happened there wasn't anything that they could do for me. So now I'm left to going through my bank to dispute the charge. I understand that they're limited but I wasted an hour of my time so far just trying to get this resolved. Lesson is don't use the app. Period. Better hope you get in contact with them within the first 24 hours or you're equally screwed.

Nothing takes 5 minutes to make. Especially when pre-ordered on the app. Corp trying to keep the drive thru timing down inconveniences customers. No one should be told to "drive around for 5 minutes". It's fast food. There isn't even any cooking involved. Go to the Security Blvd location instead.

Paper thin taco!!! My son wanted Nacho Doritos taco Supreme. and catonsville branch made the WORST Taco. when he opens taco shell there was not enough ingredients. $3 per taco? I thought I paid 3cents. we usually got them from columbia branch and it was always good. what's wrong with Catonsville taco bell branch?
