I came to the Bankhead location yesterday a little after midnight. The guy that took my order was very nice. I ordered the nacho fries box deluxe. I replaced the steak chalupa with beef and I still got steak. I asked to swap the dortios taco with a regular hard shell crunch supreme. I got the hard shell, NO SUPREME. The order that was shown on the screen was correct. The workers just didn’t follow it. I was not going to return it because i was tired from work. However, I WAS NOT HAPPY!!
Made a online order just a couple burritos etc. Left my home went to dollar store first maybe 20 or 30 minutes there and when I got to Taco bell I still had to wait another 20 minutes to get my food!!!!!! The food absolutely was terrible. Got home tried to eat but threw it in the trash. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR YOUR TIME
Worst taco bell I've been to in awhile. The lobby was nasty, looked like it hasn't been cleaned in some time. Our order was wrong and not done the way we ordered it. I would give zero stars if possible. Would recommend going somewhere else.
