I give 0 stars to the drive-thru employee with an attitude and rushing peoples order who work hard to earn money and go out to eat after a 10 + hour shift! If you don't like your job don't work there. My first job was at Taco Bell and any job I have I'm never ever rude to customers under any circumstances. I'll be going to Dundee Taco Bell next go around. Forget this place in Carpentersville. DUNDEE stays open later
Guy with tats on arms inside was extremely rude to me after arguing about the taco bell app. Horrible service. Never again will we return!!! We spread the word on Horrible service and messed up orders!
I placed an order through Drive thru, on 11/10/2022 at around 8:40 pm. The person taking our order sounded clear and friendly over the speaker. Once at the drive thru window, he was smiling and very enthusiastic. My husband, my daughter and I, noticed his great customer service skills. We eventually asked for his name to leave a review to thanked him for making our day with his great attitude and friendliness. Thank you Jose Juan, keep up the excellent work! -Overall, order was made super fast and amazing, and most importantly we were treated with respect and friendliness.
