Taco Bell

I tried to order 3 chicken chipotle melts (grilled). I was told the can’t do that. I asked why? I was told “because it’s a small item”. I arrived at the window and asked for clarification from manager on duty. I was met with the response “the tortilla is a small” “and it make a mess”. I asked for the persons name and was told an Alia’s “Gabby” for the obvious male that was dressed as a female. Simple to not make a mess in your grill if you don’t press down firmly on handle.. It is your job to prepare food for the public and take special requests. After all the “do you want to ADD jalapeños?” “Do you want double meat?” “Do you want sour cream and tomato?” NO I want my item grilled since it does not come that way. I purchased nothing. You want to make MORE money from upwelling, yet you LOST money due to employee laziness. Lack of discipline and respect for themselves, business, and public. I will never give my money to this location EVER again.

Good food but not adept at noticing when a customer uses the kiosk at front. Ended up waiting an extra 20 min just to get service and only got service once I had said something to one of the employees.

The food was taco bell, nuff said. It was 1 am so yeah, the service was not the best. And atmosphere....? I guess I should've rate that higher since it was the atmosphere in my jeep. Bottom line? It was late AF So I was glad there was something to eat, was pretty shocked by the price tho.
