Taco Bell

I ordered on the app and spent 23 dollars on my order. When I get to the drive thru they tell me they can’t make my chalupas the fryer is down. Okay fine. I subbed two cheesy Gordita crunch ordered in the same manner which was extra beef no lettuce. These scumbags loaded lettuce like extra lettuce on everything that usually comes with lettuce. No extra beef and actually, NO BEEF AT ALL!!! All my stuff had chicken subbed instead of beef and plenty of lettuce when I HATE LETTUCE. These careless employees Are gonna mess with the wrong person one day and it will end very badly for them. They couldn’t have the common decency to read that I ordered NO LETTUCE and Paid for extra beef or even read that I paid for extra.steak fries burritos neither had fries in them. I ordered the online exclusive custom box and I didn’t even get the fiesta potatoes either. ( I would have let that go if they didn’t screw up my entire order!!!) Can’t even be a basically decent human and tell me they ran out

I used to love taco bell, so maybe my taste buds are changing, but it seems no so delicious anymore. Or maybe there isn't a lot of care put into preparing the food at this location. I ordered 2 "supreme" bean burritos, and got a whole bit of sour cream in the first bite with no sour cream in the rest of the burrito. In the second burrito they forgot the red sauce that usually comes in the burrito. @blaqbirddd

I’m finally writing a google review after more than half of a year of this location getting my orders wrong. It’s the worst with delivery. Food always comes cold, it’s ALWAYS wrong. Then sprinkle in some occasional prepared wrong or wrong portions. Drive thru is a little better but it’s still not great. The only time food is ever correct at this Bell is if you go in and order. I mean, the ingredients and items are correct, but they might still be wrong on portions of ingredients or horribly slapped together burritos and tacos. And it’s the only way you don’t get cold food. I wish there was another location close. Today I made an order with DoorDash. Everything cold of course, grilled cheese burrito wasn’t grilled and didn’t have sauce, nacho cheese, or sour cream. Random extra Crunchwrap. And supreme taco wasn’t supreme. I feel like this location has cheated me out of so much money. I love Taco Bell, it’s my favorite fast food. But this location makes it so I’m almost never enjoying it
