This is the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. It’s the only one within walking distance, so I’ve given it several chances. There have been a handful of workers who seem like they care, but must do not at all. They’re not friendly in any way, the food always takes a long time, they make constant mistakes with orders. They are never apologetic and rarely even offer an explanation. I don’t know if it’s a lack of training, low wages or just bad hiring practices, but this place is awful
This place is great! Good food and the BEST service especially the manager Monica the manager but the AC was off. Way too hot in this place. I felt bad for the people working. I hope they have the AC up and running the next time I am there!!
