Taco Bell

Actually the worst taco bell I've ever been in. Staff ignoring the lobby completely. 3 employees sitting in a booth and joking with friends. Another employee sweeping the floor telling people he is just going to sweep for the next 6 hours to burn time. Meanwhile I'm standing there waiting for the order. Finally, 30 minutes later and being the only person in the restaurant beside staff, I get a bag of food, and no drink. Ask for the drink, takes another 10 minutes to get that. Terrible terrible service.

This location is the only one I'm willing to go to. Fast and hot, and most importantly the workers here do a damn good job. Last 4 times I got Chick-fil-A service here. If other locations were this good, taco bell would have a chance.

2 bad experiences with this location in 1 day. I went in the morning cashier was Irene or Aileen for a breakfast box. Ended up with only Quesadillas and a coffee. No hashbrowns,no Cinnabons, and no credit card or receipt but I was charged $7.15. Saw this via text. Cashier close the window. Do I assumed that my credit card and and my receipt were in the bag with food. Which they weren't. I work out in Fruitville in Sarasota. Couldn't go back immediately so I called. And let same cashier know that I would be there after 6pm For the record she did apologize and I was told my card would be left with her manager with my phone number. Went back again after 6pm. Ask to speak with Heidi the manager to get my card back AND wanted explain what happened in the morning and asked for a complimentary card to try their breakfast in the morning again.
