Taco Bell

Stood at the register had to be 10 minutes with the drive-thru guy looking over at me and 2 girls in the "cooking" area walking by to put orders out. Not once did someone say or put a sign up that says use the self checkout machine. Ordered togo and got my tacos and walked out to my van and opened the first one, and the hard taco was already mushy bottom. Picked it up sideways in order to eat all the while it's dripping this watery, odd tasting substance. I ate the 1st one and tossed the other 2. 2 hours later my stomach was torn up. Glad I didn't eat the other 2. Stopped here another time and the food wasn't Taco Bell standard, will avoid this location from no on.

Terrible. The management doesn't do any kind of work & seem to put everything all the tasks on one woman. I've watched their drive through worker do front line orders, make food, then go run to the other side to complete drive thru orders. There is no teamwork. & when their drive thru worker isn't present, it takes ages to recieve food.

If I get asked to pull around or come inside to get my food one more time I’m going to freak out. Every time I come to this location they ask me to drive around this tiny little drive true because the food isn’t ready. First of all we all know why you’re doing it. The whole purpose of timing how fast you get the customer out of the drive thru is so the CUSTOMER doesn’t have to wait for food. Not so you can FAKE your way to some stupid bonus. Literally 15 seconds later they handed me my food. What a joke, basically tocobell owners are telling the employees to inconvenience the guest to reach some dumb corporate goal. Wake up!!! Not to mention the dirty look the manager gave me when I refused to move my car. Don’t worry I live two minutes from you and I’ll gladly drive 15 minutes to another location that values customers.
