Best Taco Bell we have found in the area. Have had overall good luck with this place. Usually get order right, fairly quick and do well with mobile orders. Vegetarian options: They have a vegetarian section on the menu now.
When you go to Taco Bell, you want your food fast and the order correct. That wasn’t my experience here, to start with. The app double charged me and one of the morning managers I spoke with told me I had to go through the app but I didn’t have an account, so I felt a little hopeless. Someone emailed me and told me they’d send out coupons, but I never got anything. I called and the store and spoke with the Manager, Alex, who was the kindest person I’ve ever talked to at a TBell. He told me he had my back and to come on in and get this corrected tonight. I don’t normally leave reviews, and I gotta say I normally don’t complain when mistakes happen because EVERYONE makes mistakes, but the way he went above and beyond to make sure I had a decent experience when nobody else would listen to me spoke VOLUMES to the potential this man has and the quality of service he’s willing to give. If anyone important reads this, you have a good employee. I’m not just saying that because I got free food,
