This is not the fault of the store employees but what in the world? This Taco Bell location runs out of all soda and lettuce? This wasn't noted on the order kiosk. Only found out after they charged my credit card.
The food was good and the order was correct but the service was very slow. At the window I could see and hear a shouting match between customers at the counter and a cashier or maybe a manager. I have no idea what was going on, but it definitely had a negative impact. Hopefully, this incident isn't common at this location. I think next time I'll choose a different Taco Bell.
Normally have pretty solid experiences at this TB. Tonight (October 29) was really bad. Ordered 5 things, received 4. Missing soft shell taco. Ordered 2 cheese quesadillas and both looked liked the attached photo. Completely missing quesadilla sauce and there's only a pinch of cheese on the entire thing. Basically just toasted bread. Long drive thru wait would have been fine if our order was correct and up to decent quality standards. First ever 1 star review. Hopefully it's figured out soon.
