They seem to follow their own schedule. No matter what is posted if they don't feel like serving you they won't. I arrived thirty minutes before closing just to see all the employees sitting outside smoking. When I pulled up one walked inside to tell me they were closed.
I may understand an additional item once at the window, but not being able to add something simple like sour cream is ridiculous. Cashier was nice but not that’s great customer svc as a whole.
Employees rude, don’t care about the customers, give you good that’s been sitting up all day and get mad when they have to fix it over. This one and centerpoint are the worst Taco Bell’s we have and they are the only ones on the east side.
