Wish I could give 0 stars to this place - no sauce despite asking for it multiple times, the chalupa was not even fully constructed, essentially they only gave me bread/tortilla.

Only giving 2 stars because the cashier was sweet and they gave us all of the mistake food (which my boyfriend appreciated). I always order through the mobile app because I worked as a manager at a Taco Bell for 5 years and learned quickly that it was much easier to read someone's order that they rung up themselves and paid for rather than have an extended interaction with them at the window (our store was all about speed). I got my order, and they gave me a fiery Dorito shell instead of a nacho cheese shell in my cheesy gordita crunch. I double-checked my receipt to make sure I didn't ring it up wrong (because if I did that's my bad, I'm not gonna make them re-make something that was my fault). Sure enough it was right on my receipt (as well as the rest of my order). They remade it and gave me a nacho cheese shell but did not leave out the ingredients I requested to be left out. They remade it again and decided not to melt the three cheese on my gordita crunch...not that big a deal be

Mr.Valentine is a very kind staff-member! Make sure to visit him at the Taco Bell on Burbank…he’ll make you smile for sure. Vegetarian options: You can literally make just about anything there vegan… ask for fresco. Also, the cinnamon twists puffs are a nice sweet treat and not too heavy on the stomach… definitely give them a try.
