Ordered online and was told at the window "hard and soft tacos only" in a rude tone. I let them know my order name and that it was an online order and again with an attitude she said "you needa cancel your order" When I said "seriously?" I got no response. The app didn't say anything about hard and soft tacos only and it let place my order so I'm confused as to why this is the case with NO explanation AND an attitude. If they didn't feel like working, they could've cancelled it themselves and saved me the time of driving there and back, but I can't assume "hard and soft tacos only" and asking customers to cancel their orders is any sort of standard procedure, so I guess they didn't wanna get in trouble by cancelling it. By the way, it was 1:16, so not close to closing.
