I love taco bell food. The problem is, this taco bell can never get the order right. Ordered nacho bell grande with jalapenos and crunch wrap supreme. Ticket was right, order was wrong. Jalapenos were on the crunch wrap. They always get my order wrong. The higher their wages get, the more mistakes they make. Sad
Lobby clean received order quickly but expaditor a little rude, when asking for fork and napkins in the lobby. Last but not least, portions were slightly skimpy.
Stopped in Bakersfield for gas and a snack on our drive to SoCal. The quesadilla was good as was the Mango Freeze. Waited 20+ minutes with 3 other customers for our food, but the place was severely understaffed. The poor kids were harried but friendly. Maybe if that Taco Bell paid more there'd a little quicker service with more workers? (As I was waiting, I read the small print on the "Taco Bell is Hiring" poster which said that each TB is individually owned and operated so hours, salary, any benefits, etc. is up to the local owner. So yeah, the store owner could do better.)
