Taco Bell

I am not a fan of the Bell, until I ate here! The staff is wonderful, the store is super clean and the food was fantastic! Trust me fantastic is not a way to describe the Bell, but this store is truly the business model others need to follow!

10/18- Walked in the lobby and was greeted by no one for a couple minutes. I turned to use a kiosk only for my son (3yrs) to visually pick his food before ordering. Someone came in after us so I suggested he go ahead of us so we could have a few more minutes. A woman yelled from the back of the kitchen "Only kiosk orders in the lobby!". Of the 2 kiosks in the lobby, 1 was broken so I backed up to let the gentleman use it first. He was upset and left. We placed our kiosk order and sat down at the least dirty table while we listened to the same woman yell at the staff to get it together. When our food came up, it was thrown on the counter and the employee disappeared before we even made it to pick it up. Our 2 nacho fries were half empty and only 1 cheese cup was full. Our chicken chipotle melt was all over the place. IDK if they're having a bad day but they're normally better than this at this location.

May 23 2022 my wife, my son and I went there for lunch, we waited in front of the cash register for about 3 or 4 minutes. We watched as 3 workers were just standing around and shooting the bull. Finally one of the workers asked another worker to take our order, that individual said "I don't want to take their order" and he then proceeded to the back of the kitchen, another worker came and mentioned they haven't opened the cash register to take orders...Huh! it's 12:30 in the afternoon! I am very offended by the first worker not taking our order, I felt like we were discriminated for being a "WHITE FAMILY"!!! We will never go to this toco bell ever again!!! They don't deserve a capital letters "t & b". We went to BURGER KING instead.
