Sean and Cheyenne shouldn’t be working drive thru. If they are they need to learn people skills. Instead you just get people who don’t care to listen, and get orders wrong. And when you try to get the order corrected Sean just tries and argues.
Benny is the reason we go back so often! His voice is very welcoming at the drive thru ordering box and he is even more kind at the window! He's a keeper, he makes our couple times a week visits perfect. He's says "Have a blessed evening", with a sweet smile on his face.
I ordered 3 nacho cheese Doritos tacos, no lettuce, for my son and and a bunch of tacos for everyone else. When I got home with the food the nacho cheese tacos barely had any meat or cheese. It’s ridiculous for the price I paid for our food and the time I had to wait for it. The box of hard tacos I got also had all the taco shells broken. I will not return to this Taco Bell again, I will drive into mesa to get better service and food.
