Ever since the remodel, you can never tell if they are open or not. Some days the drive-thru is closed off, others it's open. But you can't count on open/closed reliability. They're really shooting themselves in the foot.
If it were possible I’d give ZERO freakin stars! The service is always BAD! From forgetting items to Idk wth this even is!!!
New : Well, after hearing from a friend about a potential management change that had happened here, went back today. The food and service have both improved indeed. The folks on shift had a real sincerity about getting the order right. Will go back again and check after a few days. Old : The food was absolutely bad. They put ground beef instead of chicken and had not put the bill in the package as well. The service was really slow too. Portions and service have gone down and prices have gone up. Will never go back to this place again.
